1. Who is responsible for your data
Parmora, operating Parveil, is responsible for deciding how Parveil uses personal data for the Parveil service. This is often called the "controller" under European data protection law.
2. Information Parveil may collect
Parveil may collect and process the following information when you use the service:
- Account information, such as your email address, account identifiers, and authentication information needed to let you sign in.
- Rule and checklist settings that you create in the Parveil web dashboard.
- MT5 connection information, such as device connection status, approval status, and technical connection metadata needed to link MT5 with your Parveil account.
- Discipline activity events, such as checklist reviews, cooldowns, rule triggers, stop-for-day reminders, process warnings, and Process Score inputs.
- Basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable, such as logs, timestamps, browser/device information, and error information.
- Messages you send to Parveil by email or through any future support channel.
3. Information Parveil does not need
Parveil is a discipline tool, not a trading bot or signal service. Parveil is designed to avoid collecting unnecessary broker or trading data.
Parveil does not ask for your broker password.
Parveil does not need access to control your broker account.
Parveil does not provide buy or sell signals.
Parveil does not predict the market.
Parveil does not open, close, reduce, or modify trades.
Parveil does not manage orders or positions.
Parveil does not promise profits.
Parveil does not use your profit, loss, or win rate as the purpose of the Process Score.
Parveil's activity review is focused on discipline events, rule-following, checklist use, cooldowns, and process review. It is not designed to upload full broker trade history, symbols, profit/loss, or win-rate tracking.
4. How Parveil uses information
Parveil uses information to:
- Create and manage your Parveil account.
- Sync rules and checklist settings between the web dashboard and the MT5 tool.
- Show MT5 connection and device status.
- Show discipline activity, Process Score, and Daily Process Review.
- Help Parko show reminders related to your own rules and checklist.
- Improve reliability, security, and support.
- Respond to questions you send to contact@parveil.com.
- Comply with legal obligations where required.
5. Legal bases for processing
If European data protection law applies, Parveil relies on legal bases such as:
- Contract: to provide the Parveil service you request, including your account, rule sync, MT5 connection, and activity review.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, reliable, and useful, and to understand basic product usage without using the service as a signal or trading-performance system.
- Legal obligation: where Parveil must keep certain records or respond to lawful requests.
- Consent: where Parveil asks for consent, such as for optional marketing emails or non-essential cookies if used in the future.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. This does not affect processing that happened before consent was withdrawn.
6. Process Score and Daily Process Review
The Process Score is designed to review how well you followed your plan. It may use discipline events such as checklist use, rule triggers, cooldowns, stop-for-day reminders, and session process events.
The Process Score is not a profit score, win-rate score, trading-performance score, financial advice score, or market-prediction score.
7. Cookies and analytics
Parveil may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep the website and account features working.
If Parveil later uses optional analytics, marketing cookies, or similar tracking that requires consent, Parveil will request consent where required by law.
8. Service providers
Parveil may use trusted service providers to host the website, provide authentication, store product data, send emails, monitor errors, or run the service.
These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to Parveil, subject to appropriate agreements where required.
9. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. If that happens, Parveil will use appropriate safeguards required by European data protection law where required, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. How long Parveil keeps information
Parveil keeps information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
Account data is generally kept while your account exists.
Discipline activity may be kept while needed to show activity review, Process Score, and account history.
Technical logs may be kept for a limited period to support security, debugging, and reliability.
Support emails may be kept while needed to respond to you and keep a record of the support request.
11. Your rights
If European data protection law applies, you may have rights including:
- The right to access your personal data.
- The right to correct inaccurate data.
- The right to request deletion of your data.
- The right to restrict processing.
- The right to object to certain processing.
- The right to data portability where applicable.
- The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- The right to complain to a data protection authority.
These rights may depend on the situation and the legal basis for processing.
You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
12. Security
Parveil aims to protect product data with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but Parveil aims to keep data limited to what the product needs and protect it appropriately.
13. Children
Parveil is not intended for children. Parveil is intended for adults who are able to use trading platforms and understand trading risk.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Parveil may update this Privacy Policy as the product develops. If changes are important, Parveil may provide notice through the website or account area where appropriate.
