1. What Parveil is
Parveil helps manual traders follow rules they created while calm. The product may include rule setup, checklist reminders, cooldowns, chart overlays, MT5 connection, activity review, Daily Process Review, Process Score, and Parko accountability reminders.
Parveil is designed to support trading discipline and process review.
2. What Parveil is not
Parveil is not financial advice.
Parveil is not investment advice.
Parveil is not a signal service.
Parveil does not give buy or sell signals.
Parveil does not predict markets.
Parveil is not an automated trading bot.
Parveil does not open trades for you.
Parveil does not close trades for you.
Parveil does not reduce trades for you.
Parveil does not modify trades, orders, stop losses, take profits, or positions.
Parveil does not manage your broker account.
Parveil does not promise profits or better trading results.
Parveil does not guarantee broker-level blocking or guarantee that you cannot make trading mistakes.
3. Trading risk and user responsibility
Trading involves risk. You are responsible for your own trading decisions, your broker account, your trades, your losses, your profits, and your compliance with any rules that apply to you.
Parveil can remind you of your own rules, show cooldowns, display overlays, and help you review your process. Parveil cannot remove trading risk and cannot guarantee that you will follow your plan.
You should not use Parveil as a substitute for your own judgment, risk management, financial advice, or professional advice.
4. MT5 tool
Parveil is currently focused on MetaTrader 5 first. The MT5 tool may connect to Parveil to approve a device, sync rules and checklist settings, send heartbeat/status information, and upload discipline activity used for review.
The MT5 tool is designed for discipline reminders and process review. It is not designed to provide trading signals or execute trades.
You are responsible for installing and using the MT5 tool correctly and for allowing only official Parveil downloads when public download is available.
5. Account and access
You may need a Parveil account to use parts of the service. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
Early access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended as the product develops.
Parveil may restrict or suspend access if the service is misused, if required for security, or if required by law.
6. Pricing and payments
Parveil may offer early access, monthly, yearly, or other plans. Prices shown on the website are provided for information and early-access positioning unless and until Parveil provides an official checkout or payment process.
No payment flow should be considered active unless Parveil provides an official checkout or payment process.
Before any paid plan is started, Parveil will clearly explain the price, billing period, renewal rules, cancellation rules, refund rules where applicable, taxes where applicable, and any consumer rights that apply.
If a paid subscription is introduced, payment terms will be provided at checkout or in additional payment terms.
7. Cancellations and consumer rights
If paid subscriptions are introduced, cancellation and renewal details will be explained before payment is taken.
If consumer withdrawal rights apply under European or local consumer law, Parveil will provide the required information before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Parveil. You should not attempt to break, reverse engineer, attack, overload, bypass, or interfere with the service, accounts, device linking, rule sync, or security systems.
You should not use Parveil to violate laws, platform rules, broker rules, or third-party rights.
9. Product changes
Parveil is still developing. Features may change, improve, be removed, or be paused. This may include changes to the web dashboard, MT5 tool, rule sync, activity review, Process Score, pricing, and early access availability.
10. Availability
Parveil aims to be useful and reliable, but the service may not always be available. Maintenance, outages, bugs, network problems, broker/platform changes, or third-party provider issues may affect availability.
Local MT5 discipline behavior may continue where designed to work offline, but Parveil does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Third-party services
Parveil may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, error monitoring, payments, or other operations.
Parveil is not responsible for third-party services beyond what is required by applicable law.
12. Intellectual property
Parveil, Parko, the website, product design, software, text, and branding belong to Parmora or its licensors, unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or misuse Parveil software, branding, or content except as allowed by Parveil.
13. No guarantees
Parveil is provided without guarantees that it will prevent losses, improve trading results, stop emotional trading, block all unwanted trades, or work perfectly in every situation.
Parveil is a discipline tool. It cannot make decisions for you and cannot guarantee your behavior.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Parveil and Parmora are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, account losses, emotional trading decisions, broker issues, platform issues, or market outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
15. Termination
You may stop using Parveil at any time. Parveil may suspend or end access if required for security, misuse, legal reasons, or product changes.
16. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws give you additional rights in your country.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
17. Changes to these Terms
Parveil may update these Terms as the product develops. If changes are important, Parveil may provide notice through the website or account area where appropriate.
